What kind of products do you manufacture?
We produce all different products from rattan, kubu grey, wicker, banana, mahogany wood, teak wood, pine wood, mango wood, poly rattan and we also have a range of macramé made from cotton. We make lounge chairs, sofas, tables, dining chairs, barstools, mirrors, baskets and other items. We are constantly working to develop new products for our customers.
How do you ensure the quality of your products?
We have a strict quality control system that involves checking the materials, the construction, the finishing and the packaging of each item. We also have a team of experts who oversee the production process and ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and design.
What kinds of weaving materials are available?
There are many different weaving materials available in Indonesia. We mainly use natural materials such as rattan wicker, rattan peel, kubu grey, seagrass & banana leaf.
What are the benefits of using natural rattan furniture?

Can you develop custom designs?
Yes we can work together with our customers to make custom designs. Our customers can send us designs by e-mail complete with the preferred measurements. We will discuss with our craftsmen as to what is possible and send through and changes to the construction that may be necessary to ensure a safe, durable and beautiful product.
How can I get a quotation for your products?
You can browse our online catalog after acquiring the login password and select the items that you are interested in. You can then send us an inquiry by e-mail with the item names/screenshot, quantities and preferred weaving materials. We will reply to you with a quotation as soon as the quote is ready.
How long is the production lead-time and what is the minimum order?
Our lead-time depends on the type of items ordered but in general it is 10-12 weeks with a minimum order of 1 x 20ft Container.
How do you pack your items?
Our standard for packaging is by wrapping with corrugated paper. If you require packaging in box and/or with styrofoam please note this when requesting a quotation.
How do you ship your products?
We ship our products by sea freight using reputable shipping lines. We can arrange the shipment for you or you can use your own forwarder. We will provide you with all the necessary documents and information for the shipment.
What are the payment terms?
Our standard payment terms are 30% DP – Balance against documents
Do you have a license for exporting legal wood?
PT. DANINDO JENSEN is a certified exporter of legal timber by the Timber Legality Assurance System.
What languages can your marketing department speak?
Our marketing team are all fluent in English. We can also have correspondence in Danish & Indonesian.
Do you have a showroom or a warehouse where I can see your products?
Yes, we have a showroom and a warehouse in Cirebon, Indonesia where you can see our products in person. You are welcome to visit us anytime by appointment. Please contact us to arrange a visit.
